Terms & Conditions

Ordering
Once you have decided on a product you can order in a number of ways. Over the Internet, by phone, fax or post. Upon receipt of the order we will check stock availability and inform you of the expected delivery date by email, fax or phone.

Delivery Information
Due to the size of some of the delivery vehicles it is important to remember that adequate access is available for the driver. Please inform us of any weight or width restrictions that may apply at the time of order. It is the driver’s responsibility to unload the goods from the vehicle but due to insurance regulations they cannot carry them into the customers premises. All deliveries over £300.00 + VAT are free to UK Mainland addresses except some Scotland addresses which may incur a delivery charge, please phone for details if you require delivery to this area. All delivery dates are given in good faith but we cannot accept responsibility for any loss suffered due to failed or late deliveries.

Methods of Payment
Payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa and debit cards. You can also pay by cheque. Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been cleared.

Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept the return of whole orders (except special orders, cuts and clearance lines) within 7 days of receipt. This must be done in writing. On receipt of this you will be issued with a return code and return address, all returns without a return code will be refused. You will need to return the goods in the same condition and packaging as when they were delivered at your own cost, to either our supplier or ourselves. On receipt of the goods you will receive a refund for the whole amount less a 30% restocking charge. This will be processed with 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible on 02920 616192. If the goods have been dispatched from the manufacturer or supplier you will be liable for the costs of transport. There are no charges for goods not dispatched unless they were cut to size or made to your specification. On receipt of the goods you will receive a refund for the whole amount less a 30% restocking charge. This will be processed with 7 days of us receiving the goods.

Faulty Goods
If for some reason your goods are damaged or faulty you should contact us immediately on 02920 616192. If damaged or faulty goods need to be returned you will need to keep the original packaging. All goods should be inspected when received and any damage recorded on the delivery note. If damages are not recorded on the delivery note then we cannot be held responsible. All returns must be arranged through our customer services department who will then arrange for the replacement of damaged/faulty goods as soon as possible.

Samples
We strongly recommend that you request a free sample, where available, of products to confirm colour and quality.

Complaints
It is in our interest to keep our customers satisfied and offer the best possible service. However, if you do have a complaint, please forward it in writing. We will do everything within our power to resolve any issues.

We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will never pass on your details to a third party.
